I feel it in my lumbar, but after 3 surgeries, it’s what’s tight after laying in bed about 6 hours!
But the POINT is stretching before you touch the floor. My stretches are personalized to meet my needs…

After only 3 days of starting this I had no more back pain back pain. After a week I was sleeping better. Don't know if they're related but I'm still doing it and still no pain and good sleep

So, I have an osteoarthtitis in my lest hip. The exercise where you bring the leg to the front is impossible for me.. do you have any other suggestions?
