10 MIN INTENSE AB WORKOUT (No Rest)

If you’re looking to strengthen your core and rock those six-pack abs, this 10-minute intense ab workout is perfect for you! With no rest in between exercises, you’ll really feel the burn and see results in no time. Get ready to challenge yourself and push your limits!
1. Bicycle Crunches
Start off strong with bicycle crunches. Lie on your back, lift your legs, and bring your opposite elbow to your knee as you rotate your torso. Alternate sides and keep the movement controlled. This exercise targets your upper and lower abs, as well as your obliques.
2. Mountain Climbers
Next up, mountain climbers. Get into a high plank position and bring your knees in towards your chest one at a time, as if you’re climbing a mountain. Keep your core engaged and your back flat. This exercise not only works your abs but also engages your shoulders and arms.
3. Russian Twists
Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet lifted off the floor. Lean back slightly and twist your torso from side to side, touching the ground on each side. You can use a weight or a water bottle to increase the intensity. Russian twists target your obliques and improve your rotational stability.
4. Plank Jacks
Get into a high plank position and jump your feet out wide and back in, just like you would with a jumping jack exercise. Keep your core tight and your hips level. Plank jacks not only strengthen your abs but also work your shoulders, chest, and legs.
5. Leg Raises
Lie on your back with your legs straight up in the air. Slowly lower your legs down towards the ground without letting them touch. Engage your lower abs to lift your legs back up. This exercise is perfect for targeting your lower abs and improving your overall core strength.
6. Flutter Kicks
Lie on your back with your legs straight and lift them slightly off the ground. Kick your legs up and down in a fluttering motion while keeping your lower back pressed into the floor. Flutter kicks work your lower abs and also engage your hip flexors.
7. Russian Jackknives
Lie on your back with your arms overhead and legs straight. Lift your upper body and legs simultaneously, reaching your hands towards your feet. Lower back down with control. Russian jackknives are an excellent exercise for your upper and lower abs, as well as your hip flexors.
8. Plank with Knee Tucks
Get into a forearm plank position and bring one knee in towards your chest, then alternate legs. Keep your core tight and your back straight. This exercise targets your abs, especially the lower part, and also engages your hip flexors and glutes.
9. Scissor Kicks
Lie on your back with your legs straight and lift them slightly off the ground. Cross one leg over the other and switch positions in a scissoring motion. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor and engage your abs. Scissor kicks are great for targeting your lower abs and improving your hip mobility.
10. Reverse Crunches
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet lifted off the floor. Bring your knees in towards your chest, lifting your hips off the ground. Slowly lower back down with control. Reverse crunches mainly target your lower abs and also engage your hip flexors.
Remember to listen to your body and take breaks if you need to. Stay consistent with this workout routine for 14 days, and you’ll notice a significant improvement in your core strength and ab definition.
