So Day 1: it was nicee. Loved the immediate glute burns i was getting🔥
Day 2: wasn’t terrible
Day 3: i added resistance babd because I wasn’t getting that next morning soreness😆 but woke up this morning and i can feel the soreness only in my uppper hip. Weird… considering that during the the work out, i always feel it where i am working out. Like if i am doing the lying leg raises, that thing burnssss so it’s weird i can feel only in my upper hip and not side booty and or booth as a whole
